Suggested use: Each slow press of the pump delivers approximately 20 mg micronized Bio-Identical Progesterone.  UPS (Wild yam derived).  Use only as directed.  Apply once or twice a day as needed.  Dispense cream into palm of your hands and rub onto the skin of your abdomen, inner arms or thighs.  Rotate areas each time.  Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of the month.  This product is intended for people over 18 years of age.

Ingredients: Purified Water*, Lanol, Mantanov, Micronized BioIdentical Progesterone UPS* (500 mg per ounce), Capryloyl Glycin/Undecyclenoyl Glycin, Vitamin E* (soy free).
